Request a correction
If something on a listing is wrong, tell us. We check every request against the same public sources we used to build the listing.
What we can correct
- License details — number, type or expiry. We re-check against the TDLR license search, so a new license that hasn’t reached our data yet is quick to confirm.
- Contact details — phone, website or address.
- A business that has closed, moved or changed name.
- A wrong match — for example, a review excerpt that’s about a different business.
What we can’t change
We don’t remove accurate badges or genuine review excerpts because a company disagrees with them. Badges follow fixed rules, described on How we verify. If a review is about your business and you think it breaks Google’s policies, raise it with Google; if Google removes it, we’ll reflect that when we next collect reviews.
What happens next
We review requests in the order they arrive and reply to the email address you give us.
